Most people call an appliance repair company at a bad moment — the AC has failed in August, the fridge is warm and full, the washing machine has flooded a utility cupboard. What they need at that point is not a sales pitch. It is someone who arrives, works out what is actually wrong, and explains it clearly enough that they can make a decision.

That is the whole basis of how Rukn Al Nabaah works. Our technicians diagnose on site using proper measurements rather than assumptions, describe the fault in plain language, and confirm the work with the customer before starting it. If an appliance is not worth repairing, we say that instead of selling a repair that will not hold.

We work across residential and commercial properties in Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai — apartments, villas, shops, cafés and offices — covering air conditioning, laundry, refrigeration, cooking appliances and commercial cooling equipment.

How we prefer to work

Diagnose first, quote second, repair third. It is a slower conversation than quoting a price over the phone before anyone has looked at the appliance, but it is the only way to give an accurate answer — and it is why a large share of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.
